Our Story

We are Tracy Roden and Lyndsey Shelley. We have over 50 years’ business support and virtual assistant experience between us, looking after entrepreneurs, consultants, directors, CEOs and small businesses in many industries and sectors - so we’re good at adapting to fit your business and naturally provide c-suite level service.

It all began when we left our corporate roles with nothing but one client each and a cheerful outlook to became Virtual Assistants. Since then, our portfolio of clients has grown extensively, mainly through recommendations alone, and after experiencing a high demand for the support we provide – and not having enough hands to deal with it all - we created Rodelle VA.

Joining forces was a natural progression to create a larger platform and more resources from which to grow our business.
